Lucido Global Announces Aram Shwani as VP of Sales

Phoenix, AZ - Lucido Global, a global leader in real estate sales, announced that Aram Shwani will join the team as VP of Sales.

Lucido Global does business in 17 different states and 2 countries as Lucido Global, Lucido Global Team, and Bob Lucido Team.

Aram joins us from Phoenix, Arizona as a seasoned sales leader with 18+ years of sales + financial experience, primarily from his time at Rocket Mortgage where he developed impressive leadership and sales skill sets.

As a son of immigrants, Aram’s background continues to impact his work ethic and ideals today. The lessons his parents instilled in him regarding the American dream is what drives him to work hard and strive to be a great role model for his colleagues and children.

In this role, Aram will drive production and facilitate skill development + growth for all his teammates. “I’m excited to spearhead Lucido’s ISA Team and help with lead generation and provide our agents quality opportunities to help them achieve their professional goals” -Shwani. 

Aram’s goal for 2023 is to grow the ISA team upwards of 20 agents, who would support the entire company as the foundation of lead generation.
